Refund Policy

At Vertex API, we pride ourselves on the speed and precision of our technical deployments. Because our service involves immediate allocation of API credentials and webhook resources, we adhere to a strict refund policy.

1. The 12-Hour Grace Period: Clients are eligible to request a full refund within exactly twelve (12) hours of the initial payment. This period allows sufficient time for the client to review the service scope.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances: Once the 12-hour grace period has elapsed, the service is considered "provisioned." Since the setup involves live technical configurations, our administrative and engineering resources have already been fully utilized; therefore, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances thereafter.

3. Refund Request Process: To request a refund within the stipulated window, please email vertexsolutions.help@gmail.com with your transaction ID and business details. All requests undergo an internal compliance review. If approved, the refund will be credited back to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.
