1. Nature of Service: Vertex API acts as a specialized service vendor. We provide technical infrastructure, API connectivity, and account configuration services for WhatsApp Business API. We operate independently and are not an official partner of Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. User Obligations: You are responsible for ensuring that all messages sent through your account comply with Meta’s Business and Commerce Policies. You agree not to use our services for spamming, illegal activities, or prohibited content. Vertex API reserves the right to terminate access if we detect violations of Meta’s community standards or our internal acceptable use policies.

3. Service Availability and Modifications: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice, although we will make reasonable efforts to inform you of significant changes.

4. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Vertex API harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from your violation of these terms or Meta’s policies.
